Divert to voicemail when outbound circuits busy

Hi all,
I need to setup a rule that diverts outbound calls to voicemail when outbound trunk circuits are busy.
Please help.

Select such as a destination when your outbound route is congested.

Create a new trunk of type “custom” and in the “Custom Dial String” field add:

local/*[email protected]

where the digits before the @ are what you direct dial to get the desired voicemail box. Then add this new trunk to the end of the list of trunks in the necessary outbound route(s).

edit: Dicko’s solution which I missed is even cleaner.
