I am working with my ITSP to get caller ID passthrough working when an external caller calls an internal extension that is forwarded to a mobile phone. One of the requirements is a proper diversion header. However when I inspect the INVITE requests from a call trace, I am missing the diversion headers. I have enabled “Generate Diversion Headers” in the advanced settings. Is there something else that I am missing? I am running FreePBX 13.0.195.5 and using pjsip extensions and trunks.
