I am running FreePBX 22.214.171.124 using Yealink handsets with EndPoint Manager.
I have 2 queues - one for each DID.
How can I set one of the queues to have a distinctive ringtone?
I can’t find the setting in queues, or the extension. I can see “Alert Info” in the Inbound Route settings but it only shows options for Digium and Sangoma phones and I really don’t know all of the settings that need to be changed to make it work.
On a quick skim, it looks like there are no predefined values and you have to configure the phone with the values you want to use.

I’ll have a more thorough read of it later but looks like this is just editing the individual config of a phone. Can this be done by modifying the template in EPM? Which values need to be changed?
