Hi everyone,
Im having an issue here and your help is much appreciated. I created a custom trunk to forward all long distance calls to an internal extension which works fine but the display shows the extension number dialed only, what im trying to get it to display is the extension number dialed plus a description like “long distance attempt” to distinguish between a normal call and a long distance attempt made to the destination extension. is there any way to do that?
