On D65 phones I have configured other extensions/accounts on the vertical keys. Is there any way to disable the ring while keeping the LED indicator? Goal is to not have user interrupted while on a call on primary line and to not have the secondary lines ring at all except when it’s the primary line (Account 1).
Extension->Other-> [primary phone mac, account 1, secondary phone mac, account 2, etc]
EPM->ExtMap-> [ext ####-1 on primary phone, ext ####-2 on secondary phone, etc.]
Not sure if there’s any difference of configuring the line keys to the accounts under the template. Currently they are blank and seem to be overridden by the above config.
