How does one disable or turn off Music on Hold for just one extension or a group of extensions?
So far I know how to turn it off on Inbound routes, the problem is how do you turn it off when that extension makes an outgoing call?
Any suggestions?
you can disable it for an outgoing route by choosing none as you moh category, but that will effect all extensions calling out on that route, unless you use something like custom contexts and separate the extensions to different routes.
