Disable Chan SIP Driver

Hi there, i was wondering if there is a way to disable Chan SIP Driver and does it free up resources if i disable it because i am using PJSIP now. Thanks

Go to Settings -> Advanced Settings -> find SIP Channel Driver and set it to chan_pjsip. Chan_sip will then be disabled.

I don’t think it will free many resources but it will make your interface cleaner because you won’t see selections for chan_sip trunks and extensions.
