Following on from DISA in and then choose your caller ID - is this possible?
Currently users dial DISA --> enter PIN --> dial outgoing caller ID then final destination in one string.
Users have asked to have more instructional prompts, for example:
DISA (enter your PIN followed by #) --> (“Enter your desired outgoing caller ID”) XXXXXXXXXX–> (“Enter your final destination”)XXXXXXXXXX then the call routes out.
How can I add the instructional prompts and save the previously dialed digits.
