I’m facing a problem with directed call pickup (**Ext), while the default one (*8) is ok. I noticed that when I put the default context (from-internal) in a group of extension it works fine between those extentions but when I go back to the context I’ve created, the directed call pickup fails. I’ve created this context because I needed to use custom context to prevent some extensions from making international calls.
So it seems that the problem is caused by the use of custom context.
So could you help me to debug the directed call pickup while preserving my custom context configuration ?
