Direct dial within IVR no longer working

Setup a fresh install yesterday and everything is working great except for the direct dial feature. When someone calls in from the outside they get the main greeting as they should. However, when trying to dial any extension the PBX does not even seem to notice anything has been pressed on the outside callers phone and then repeats the greeting again after the time out. In short the greeting says if you know your party’s extension you may dial now, for a company listing press 5. Extensions and pressing 5 have no affect. Yes - Enable direct dial has been checked.

Please help!!
