Hello, I am currently having trouble configuring a queue on FreePBX. What I am trying to do is direct a call to the fail-over destination if all agents in the queue have not answered their phones a couple of times. I know that there is a possibility to auto-pause an agent, but that causes problems due to the fact that agents forget to unpause themselves. I just don’t want a caller to waste time in the queue if there is no one to answer the phone, or if that person is not there at the moment. It would be great if there is a way to auto unpause someone! Is there a way to exclude human error and various check-in and check out mechanisisms? Is there a way to accomplish this automatically? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!!
