Digium D80 - Registers and Works Fine But Exclamation Mark And Cannot See Contacts

Setup a D80 over the weekend. Turned on DPMA in global settings of Endpoint Manager, phone registered fine, and can make and receive calls without issue. But, the phone is showing an exclamation mark by the line label. And when I try to retrieve the company contacts from Freepbx, it briefly comes up with a “fetching” message, then just returns to the main screen on the phone.
