I have a couple of Digium D80 phones that I recently added to a PBXAct deployment. I configured them with endpoint manager and everything appears to be going well, but once the phone boots and it is online, it reboots about every two minutes or so stating that it needs to reboot to update the configuration. Is there something in the settings that I’m missing? I’m guessing there is an update frequency setting that I’m missing. Has anyone experienced this and can help me?
I was able to figure out my issue. The problem is that EPM wasn’t updating the firmware like it should. I manually updated the firmware and now it isn’t constantly rebooting.
