Hello. I have 3 extensions on my small pbx. 2 Sangoma, S505 ex1001 and S400 ex1003 phones and 1 Digium D65 ex1001. After about 30-60 seconds after receiving a new voicemail, the voicemail indicator shuts off on the digium, while the Sangoma phones still indicate new voicemail(s). The indicator does not come back on with subsequent new voicemails.
The Digium phone is the main extension and mailbox and shows the new voicemail when pressing the messages button. Its using PhoneApps, not the DPMA apps voicemail. DPMA apps is disabled. Current firmware 2.9.15. I’ve tried to factory reset, power cycle, update from EPM, latest firmware available in Firmware Management. Toggling the messages from new to read turns the indicator back on but if falls back off after about 30 seconds. Log files don’t really show me anything other than this when toggling:

I’ve had this issue for a while but usually was able to make it go away by power cycling the phone. Its to the point where its annoying now and looking for some ideas on what to look for or if its a known issue. Keep in mind, I use this phone system for my business. I have no employees and I am the only one who uses it. I have multiple extensions in different parts of the building for my convenience. Any help would be appreciated!
