We have Digium D60 phones deployed everywhere.
We recently upgraded out phones from 2_9_2 to 2_9_6 and a majority of the phones won’t park calls.
The phones log to a syslog server, and we get the following output from affected phones:

I tested downgrading back to 2_9_2 on affected phones and it solves the problem.
I’d contact Digium directly, but their support options are a maze of twisty passages all alike…
