Digium D50 with corrupt contacts (freepbx w endpoint manager)

I have multiple locations with Asterisk FreePBX servers and in every one there seems to be at least one phone that has a corrupt internal contact list… No it is not coming up as gibberish, but when you press the dial on “herby”, it will call “susan”… and in some cases it is this way with “herby”, “john” and others…

When you go in to edit the contact list, it shows the proper phone numbers for the name… but the problem remains…

Since I am running end point, it appears that accessing the phone via the web interface is out of the question… but my question is simply… Can this problem be fixed or do we have to fully reset the phone and hope it does not happen again???

If it is not a “Universal problem” I would blame the individual device and reset it.
