Difference in Number of Calls on Reports panel


I’m running FreePBX on an AsteriskNOW 1.50 install, updated to the latest packages as of 06/10/10.

The issue I’m having is that as an administrator with access to ALL SECTIONS, when I log into the FreePBX Reports tab I see 581 calls made, yet when I log into the Reports panel as a user with access to just the following: FreePBX System Status, Time Groups, System Recordings, Asterisk Logfiles, Asterisk Info, Asterisk Phonebook and Apply Changes Bar, I only see 181 next to Number of Calls.

Can anyone suggest a reason why this might be happening?

I’ve not changed any of the filter settings and checked to make sure they match under both logins.
