Dial remote extension

Estimated people,

can anybody help with an easy issue for a newbie? When we call a customer and a locution starts asking for pressing an extension number we push it on our softphone dial (JSSIP), but not only external extension push (number) is sent, the dialpad makes an internal calling with the number pressed at same time. I assume this question can be overrided but dont know how.

Any help will be appreciated.

In other words, when you call into an outside IVR and you press DTMF digits, your soft phone also dials that number internally?

Exact, internally AND externally too, because the outgoing extension is marked too (not only internally, both).
