Dial Plan Help - daily force to Night mode at specified time

Here’s what I’d like to do, please let me know if there’s any way to accomplish this.

I’d like to have the system switch to NIGHT mode everyday at 3:30. The only time the system would be in DAY mode is if someone goes to a phone and switches the system to DAY mode. Regardless, however, at 3:30 each day it will always go back to NIGHT mode. The idea here is that we keep random office hours, and we’re forgetting to set the system back to night mode when we leave, thus leaving our callers in longer hold times that if the system was set correctly to NIGHT mode.
