Dh key too small during upgrade from freepbx 15 to 16

I try to upgrade from freepbx 15 to 16 through the web interface and I get this error:

Submitting data to servers…ERRORS:Error contacting server: error:0A00018A:SSL routines::dh key too small

My freepbx installation is on ubuntu 22.04 with asterisk 15. I generated SSL Certificate though the Certificate Manager.
Here is my apache site config:

    ServerName pbx.mydomain.com

    ServerAdmin webmaster@localhost
    DocumentRoot /var/www/html

    ErrorLog ${APACHE_LOG_DIR}/error.log
    CustomLog ${APACHE_LOG_DIR}/access.log combined

ServerAlias pbx.mydomain.com
SSLCertificateFile /etc/asterisk/keys/pbx.mydomain.com/fullchain.pem
SSLCertificateKeyFile /etc/asterisk/keys/pbx.mydomain.com/private.pem
