Device to split 1 Cat5 line into 2 for phones

On this hospital deal I am working on everything is fire rated and all internal walls are made of block. The old phone system is analog and they have a feeder/runner system for the rooms to split 2 phones in each room.

We were going to run new lines but it’s going to be very expensive to do so, so we are looking at putting in a small device in the wall that will split the PoE into 2 ports and is PoE powered.

The only thing we can find is by CyberData - 2 port PoE switch. Do you guys have anything u have used in the past?

I have used the cyberdata and they work well but make sure the total power the phones need combined don’t exceed the PoE for the single port on your switch.
