I am attempting to set up my FreePBX to shutdown when it loses power but I’m having trouble getting FreePBX to communicate with my UPS. I think my issue is not having the correct string for ‘device/port’. I’m not sure what to put there.
I’m using a Cyberpower 1500V UPS that is connected to the FreePBX via USB. The USB is in USB port 003
Bus 002 Device 003: ID 0764:0501 Cyber Power System, Inc. CP1500 AVR UPS
What string do I add to the ‘device/port’ box?
