Hi,
We are looking for a developer that could write the API bridge between the FreePBX CRM API / API and a CRM called Trengo. Customer is wanting:
“Ideally, we would require calls to come through onto Trengo, for calls to be answered from there creating a ticket, if customer is in database recognising customer number/name, showing waiting calls and how long they are waiting and etc.”
Is there any one out there that could help?
