You first have to set up a trunk, which is connected to Deutsche Telekom (Reports>AsteriskInfo).
Then you create an outbound route. Don’t add a route CID in your outbound route, but you need a dial pattern, which matches the numbers you want to dial.
If you are not able to set up a pjsip-trunk with Deutsche Telekom, try a chan_sip-trunk instead.

Guys it’s working. It was in outbound routes. I deleted all of them and created one route just for my trunk. It was probably because outbound routes for elektro-pool. I have there also issue but it’s for another thread. Again thanks for the help.
