Configured:

1. Ring Groups employees mobile phones
2. Time Groups time lapse 9-19 from monday to friday
3. Time conditions->test-> inbound Routes

destination non-matches Ring Groups
mobeleemployees.

Knocks error

DEST STATUS: CUSTOM
Time Condition: test(true goto)

Please help solve the problem.

That seems off. Why do you point it to the inbound route?

I am not sure what needs to be customized here. Point the non matching destination to the external phone (or phone, Ring Group or Queue with external numbers)

Understood the whole problem was the Dial Patterns.
Incorrect configuration of phone number patterns.
