Desktop App / Bluetooth Headset Cutting At Start Of Call

Hey guys. Long time user, first time caller. (no pun intended.)

Running into a weird issue where a user using a Sony WH-1000XM6 doesn’t work on calls.

It works in everything else on Windows 11 (Teams, Zoom, Settings, etc.)

Is the settings page on the Sangoma Phone desktop app, it recognizes the device, and the Microphone Level meter shows that it’s picking up audio. Speaker test works and so does Testing Ringer. Everything looks good until a phone call comes in, and suddenly there’s no audio or microphone levels recognized. Hanging up the call, the Sony works again immediately.

Windows Setting shows that the headphone and mic is in use, but the Sangoma app doesn’t show that there’s any audio either direction. Don’t think it’s a permissions issue, since microphone levels show in the app when not on a call.

Has anyone seen this before?

Thanks y’all!
