Desactivate Accept Prompt in queue callback

Hello,
I purchased a trial version of the Callback Queue to test it.
Every thing work fine but we want to desactivate the “Accept Prompt”.
We want the call to go directly without having to tape 1 or 2.

Not supported, and is not a great idea anyway. There are dozens of ways the outbound call can fail, you need to ensure the correct person answers before putting the call back in the queue.
