I activated my PBX and and bought several commercial modules, but there is no record of my deployment on MyProducts–>PBX. is this a bug from Sangoma or something nefarious is happening?

I’ve never heard of anyone’s portal account losing a deployment. It’s likely you’re logging in with different credentials than the original module purchases were done with. Please open a customer service and billing ticket from the support link stating the original deployment ID.
