We are seeing a problem where one department and only one department is intermittently dropping calls. For example, several people in one particular department will all have their calls drop at the same time. I was able to locate the call recording for those calls but when I try to play them, my player indicates they are corrupted and unable to be played.
This ONLY happens in one department. We have two other departments and a host of admin users who never see this problem. The only difference I can between the main departments is the network switches. Although there are some admin users on the same switch as the affected department and they are not having dropped calls. At least they are not reporting such issues.
I’ve tried looking at the full log and don’t see anything that jumps out. Although, I’m not sure what I’m looking for anyway. Any suggestions on a troubleshooting plan?
