Hi,
I am reusing a phone number (DID) for a different user and all of the history that was used (on a different extension is tied to the DID and now showing up on the phone of the new user. I’d like to delete that history from the logs so that it doesn’t show up on the new user’s phone OR I want to decouple the connection between the DID and the new extension. In other words, I only want to delete the history for one DID / Extension. Anyone know how to do this?
