Delete voicemail without moving to old

Hi there,

When listening a new voicemail,if you press 7 the message get “deleted”,meaning it goes to old messages. Is there a way to delete it COMPLETELY without first moving it to old?
(Like Shift+Del in windows!)

This should be the default behavior. If you have configured Voicemail admin option “backupdeleted”, then deleted messages will be moved to the ‘deleted’ folder, not the Old folder.

I cannot find this option in voicemail admin module.Can you please guide me?
