Delete back log of calls to be transcribed

Signed up for Scribe service and set a number of extensions to have transcriptions completed. Turns out there are way too many minutes. Really hadnt planned on doing more than the 1000 minutes per month.

Now there is a backlog of 20,000 minutes so they will never catch up on current Scribes.

Anyone know if there is a way to remove or delete calls that are waiting to be transcribed?

Hi @gw22 I’m not sure of a way that we can do this but will ask for some insight from our support channel internally. If possible, please open a ticket at help.sangoma.com - We can track the issue here and escalate if needed.

Support followed up on ticket - Under the Scribe Dashboard you can go to Scribe Rewind and it will show all the Pending Transcriptions, where you can delete if needed
