Hello there,
I have the following issue,
All incoming calls are send to my Welcoming IVR which provides 1 option
"Welcome to XXX for English press * (Star)
I have set up my IVR with (*) to move to the English options menu and (t) to move to normal menu.
Now there is a 5-6 sec delay while waiting to move to the normal menu (where you do not select anything)
I have disabled Direct Dial and the audio file has been edited to remove any extra sound.
Is there a way to speed up the procedure ? Basically i want to remove that small delay …
Any suggestions much appreciated.
