Isn’t the default admin/admin?
If so it is not working. I never change the password, and some usual passwords I may have used if I had to set one is not one of them either.
Suggestions?
Try admin/222222
Maybe try factory reset?
Phone credentials from the factory are admin/admin, but as soon as they provision from your PBX, then the admin password changes to whatever you have set in Settings, Endpoint, Global Settings. Default is 222222.
