Dedicate a telephone company number to the IVR

Hello to all,
I would like to set up a call center. I have a Cisco Call Manager and a FreePBX IPBX both connected by a pjsip trunk. I also have a T2 line connected to the Call Manager. I have set up an IVR on the FreePBX side. I would like to dedicate a number of the T2 line to the Call Center. My concern is how to route (redirect) all calls coming on the dedicated number to the IVR located on the FreePBX IPX?
