I have 11 users/extensions I’m trying to connect to my DC201 and 2 handsets. I added them to the EPM and assigned their extension (Contact 1 and 2) to each handset respectively. When I log into the DC201 Web GUI however, I only see 10 extensions listed and not all for the same IPEI. Am I configuring this thing wrong?
