Day Night Mode Control Problem

Hi,

I created a day/night mode control with a feature code “*281”. I can dial this number from a softphone and it does what it is suppose to. But when I dial the same feature code *281 using an analog phone connected to Asterisk server using SPA8000, it gives me busy signal. In fact, it starts giving me a busy tone as soon as I dial “*28”.

Any idea?

Thanks,

Deepak

…it gives back a dial tone.

@asterisk21st

the dial plan that you suggested worked for me…

(xxx*|xxx**|xxxx*|xxxx**|*xxx|*xx|*x|**xxxx[3469]11|0|00[2-9]xxxxxx|1xxx[2-9]xxxxxxS0|xxxxxxxxxxxx.)

Is there any other way to tackle this problem?

Thanks!

What happens when you dial *65?

BF

This was occurring on my IP phones until I edited the dialplan for the phone.

This is the dialplan I now use:
(xxx*|xxx**|xxxx*|xxxx**|*xxx|*xx|*x|**xxxx[3469]11|0|00[2-9]xxxxxx|1xxx[2-9]xxxxxxS0|xxxxxxxxxxxx.)

Sorry but I don’t know much about the SPA8000. Can you edit dialplans?
