I did a little searching but couldn’t find the answer to this, but what is the default length that freepbx 13 stores items in the database?
I have queuemetrics pulling from this database, so we need to validate that the data is being retained for the time we need it to be.

Which database? I don’t believe that FreePBX purges any records automatically except for the table(s) used by the Queue Reporting commercial module.
