Dashboard Firewall Configuration shows "red" X why?

My dashboard shows a “red” X after the firewall and yet it appears to be configured. (Keyword, “appears”.) Everything else has a green check mark. Does this mean the firewall is configured incorrectly? (I keep the system as up to date as possible. Currently v13 on Schmooze OS.)

Mouse over the dashboard notice and find out what the issue is.
