Daily Call Volume Reports about once an hour... Please, make it stop... LOL

I’m getting these emails about once every hour. It’s driving me insane. What’s going on and how do I make it stop please?

WARNING: Total daily call duration on a week day (average last 30 days): 86 minutes. Total call duration for last 24 hours: 269 minutes. Percent change: 212.79069767442%

WARNING: Total oubound calls on a week day (average last 30 days): 17. Total outbound calls last 24 hours: 52. Percent change: 205.88235294118%

Total international calls duration on a week day (average last 30 days): 0 minutes. International calls duration for last 24 hours: 0 minutes. Percent change: 0%

Total outbound international calls on a week day (average last 30 days): 0. Total outbound international calls 24 hours: 0. Percent change: 0%

There’s a couple of threads about this, but the easy answer is ‘update sysadmin’.

I have the exact same problem with FreePBX Distro 6.12.65-28 but with the Daily Call Volume Report but there is no warning as described above.

This is driving me crazy! I installed this version about two weeks ago, finally upgrading an ancient FreePBX distro on some old ITX hardware. Glad I did, but as the OP says here, Make It Stop!

I have checked the postfix queue and nothing is pending as I thought maybe things were piled up and stuck since my install a couple weeks ago. Nothing pending in the queue.

I checked the asterisk crontab and saw nothing that would indicate call volume report firing off hourly or so.

In the AM, I started receiving a bunch of other notification emails that I simply don’t need or want. These all just started yesterday. I did ensure that all outgoing emails had a valid domain for my ISP.

Thanks for any help on stopping all these ‘friendly’ info emails.

John

Just saw the upgrade sysadmin message and sorry I missed the other threads. I don’t have the commercial module, FWIW, and forgot about the base being installed as non commercial.

Did the upgrade and we will see what happens!

Thanks!

Ok, just saw the upgrade available… Hopefully that fixes things.

Still getting them… after the update… Crud.

It’ll send you WARNINGS. Go change your alert levels in System Admin!

Liking the recent update (sysadmin 12.0.30.4).
Is there some info where does the ACV detector get the data from and what constitutes an ‘international’ call ?
My background: I have a SIP trunk from another country [or maybe better say state, for the americans among us  ] (hq is in UK, sip trunk in ROI) and it is possible to ring UK numbers through the ROI trunk - so I send full numbers ringing always.
I just require my users to dial ‘full’ international numbers for calling out.

(this is an example lines I was getting from ACV emails between 12.0.30 update and now:

Total daily call duration on a week day (average last 30 days): 2 minutes. Total call duration for last 24 hours: minutes. Percent change: -100%

Total oubound calls on a week day (average last 30 days): 2. Total outbound calls last 24 hours: 0. Percent change: -100%

Total international calls duration on a week day (average last 30 days): 2 minutes. International calls duration for last 24 hours: 0 minutes. Percent change: -100%

Total outbound international calls on a week day (average last 30 days): 2. Total outbound international calls 24 hours: 0. Percent change: -100%

Whereas CDR reports [yes I still run that] claims [since 16/07/15 00:00 BST]

Total Calls: 28 / Max Calls: 28 / Total Duration: 69:03
(filtered out showing only those with disposition: answered)

As far as looking at these emails, almost EVERY one of them was identical. I shall see what it looks like after the update…
