Cyrillic is not perceived when editing UCP Custom Entries

Hi. Cyrillic is not perceived when editing UCP Custom Entries (Line Keys, Horizontal Soft Keys). For example, I set up a speed dial, enter a surname, save it, in the end I don’t have a surname, an empty string. There is no such problem in the FreePBX itself, I have not met such a problem in other places of the EPM module, only in this place. In the Yealink phone itself, the Cyrillic alphabet is also entered without problems.
