After upgrading distro by scripts from 12 to 13, cyrillic letters in users, queues, trunks, routes and CDR became unreadable. But in the mysql console characters still displays correctly. What i did done incorrect.
I found the script for converting tables to utf8 in FAQs, but after the script was launched nothing changed.
