Custom voice ivr

hello everyone,
i succeed in creating a custom ivr that response to my digit using the extensions_custom.conf. now i wonder if i can do the same things but with voice input instead of digit. There is alredy something that exist or have you some tricks to do this cause im find a lot of trouble to do it?

note: for now i register the voice(maxmonitor) while using wait after a playback but i can pick up it dinamically the user have to wait my playback finish.

I don’t know if we have any Voice To Text capabilities in the base FreePBX system. There are probably add-ons that you can get for Asterisk that will get you at least part of the way there.
