I have some files under the /var/www/html directory that when I run a backup the permissions change. Specifically they are backup & restore hook scripts that I need to run. They are 0777 in the source before the backup, but when they are restored the permissions are 0644. They are owned by aserisk and in the asteisk group. I need the postbackup.sh to run to recreate a DB in mysql I tried to chown in the prebackup.sh file but that doesn’t work. What can I do to get this to work?
