CRM Module to connectwise Error: HTTP Get Received Response="Invalid Token"

I am following the CRM guide for connectwise. I even had sangoma look at it with no luck. Log shows:

sangomacrm.DEBUG]: Connectwise: HTTP Get Received Response="Invalid Token"

Has anyone successfully set this up with connectwise?

What does the Connectwise side show?

I’m am not sure where to look for that. I have a ticket open with them as well
