CRM Link Webhook Never Called in Inbound Calls


I purchased CRM Link module. I configured to activate a webhook in inbound and outbound calls. I see if I dial manually an outbound call the webhook is called succesfully, but when my agent extension receives a call the webhook is never called. I tried internal inbound call, external inbound call and the webhook never triggers. I have an IAX trunk, for outbound and inbound calls. Do you know if there is a CRM link log I can check to see the possible error?
