My customer bought CRM API from me, the customer tried many times with the API code, but the API can not get any data, only extension. the problem took three weeks and no any result from sangoma support. He submit the ticket, But the system asks him buy support support credit. It totally confused. Why still need buy support credit? please double check View Ticket: #899528 for me.
Only Sangoma employees can view that ticket.
