how can I create an IVR, for example a guiding voice at certain times say that the office is closed during opening hours and tell me “press 1 for the blah blah blah, press 2 for blah blah blah etc”.
are not guides around that specify the configuration,
I created the recordings in “System Recordings” a good morning and good evening bla bla bla bla bla bla. then in “time group” I set times (eg from 10:00 to 12:00, another from 12:00 to 2:00 pm and another from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm), now I want 10am to 12am play me “good morning blah blah blah” I go from 12am to 6pm on a phone extension and 6pm until 10 am the next morning I go about recording “Good evening bla bla bla” I just do not know in which menu set these three options. I have not figured out where to give the specifications that tell you to go at that time on the recorded voice and another hour on an extension and on the other side now recorded voice.
