Contact Manager deleted external group still appears on phone

Hi All,
I created a new group for external contacts in the contact manager module which I called Sugar (Using SugarCRM as the source. In the phone app the group appeared twice. Trying to fix it I deleted the group in the PBX GUI. There are now no external groups listed when I look at the GUI, but within the Contacts phone app on the phone there is still one group showing called Sugar that I can’t delete.

How can I get rid of the group? Thank you

Asterisk Version:15.7.4

I was after some research able to gain access to the freepbx database, identify and delete the table.
