I see that Sangoma (FreePBX) offers “support packages” but we don’t really need that for our project. Is anyone looking for some freelance work that has experience in setting up FreePBX’s and helping us with templating, so to speak, then maybe working with us in the future ad-hoc on troubleshooting issues, someone we can lean on for support, advice, etc for our client base?
We’re not apposed to buying a support package for a particular rollout but this project / direction isn’t a support issue. It’s more of a planning, setup, rollout, configuration and consulting type sitch.
